Right of withdrawal / how to request a return
EU customers have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item in your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Returning your items
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them). We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift wrapping.
